First Seal PVA Drywall Primer Sealer is a latex base flat primer that seals unpainted surfaces providing a base for latex or oil base finish coats. Dries quickly and is ready for re-coating in just a few hours. It will not raise the nap on wallboard and prevents flashing or hot spots from appearing in the finish coat. it applies easily with brush , roller or spray.
