The trimmable end floor trusses can be trimmed by the customer up to 12" maximum on each end. Trimmable end floor trusses give the customer on-site flexibility.
- Trusses are designed in accordance with requirements set forth by Truss Plate Institute (TPI), 85
- Trusses are designed to carry a 55# total load, LLTC=40#, DLBC=10, LLBC=0, DLBC=5
- 3 1/2" wide nailing surface
- Allows greater flexibility
- Conceal all HVAC ductwork, plumbing and wiring in floor truss space
- Faster construction -less sub-contractor time equals lower costs
