Vertical Swivel Fitting for Elite Fence. This swivel allows for up and down angled installation of a fence panel to a post. The post surface being used at attachment point should be an unpunched surface. One required for each attachment point which is typically 3 per side.

- One per attachment point, typically 3 or 4 per fence side
