Poor faucet design. Had for 4 months, ready to replace.

In the four months that I have had this sink/faucet, I have had to call and get replacement parts three times, and have made my own repairs at least twenty-five times. The pull out sprayer hose connects to the water line with a quick-connect type attachment. The small brass piece in the end of the rubber hose that snaps into the water line keeps coming out of the hose and spraying water everywhere under the sink. I've noticed this isn't an issue when running cold water. But if you run the hot water for longer than a minute or two, the rubber hose gets nice and soft/flexible and comes off of the brass piece. Eventually the hose is so stretched out at the end from putting it back together that it doesn't stay on at all. I've had to cut about a half-inch off of the hose numerous times to keep it from coming off. I'm calling the manufacturer today and demanding that something be done (refund/exchange). I have two-month old twins and wash bottles at least once per day. I can't have the faucet breaking just as often.
The only upside to the situation is that it has a lifetime limited warranty, so getting replacement parts is free. But that doesn't mean they work. The last part they sent me (a replacement hose) starting leaking as soon as I turned the water on. There was a hole in the middle of the hose!
Pros: Size of sink basins is great.
Cons: Poor faucet design/issues with sprayer hose.
