The 24' x 32' Two-Car Garage with Apartment and Steel Roof features two 9' x 7' overhead garage doors, 13 windows, two sliding patio doors and two prehung entry doors. The garage has 12-inch eave and gable overhangs. Some materials used include Oriented Strand Board (OSB) roof sheathing with Pro Rib Steel Roofing, 2 x 4 studs, roof edge, nails and hardware. Cutting and assembly required.
