The 30' x 40' Three-Car Eave Entry Garage features three 9' x 8' overhead garage doors, a prehung entry door and one window. Some materials used include 1/2" Oriented Strand Board (OSB) roof sheathing, 25 year shingles, 2 x 4 studs, roof edge, nails and hardware. Cutting and assembly required.
