Shipping Information

The number of business days needed to process your order for shipment. It is shown in your cart as an approximate shipping time frame (Ships in Approximately 2 Days) and varies by product and quantity.

The number of business days your order will be in transit to you once your order has been processed and shipped. It is dependent on your selected shipping method.

The shipping methods offered include standard (3-10 business days), two-day express (2-3 business days) and overnight (1 business day). Not all shipping methods are available for all products. Orders placed with overnight shipping will be shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed late in the day, after business hours, may be delayed and not shipped until the next morning.

Large package orders will be delivered via LTL shipping. Deliveries will be scheduled within a 4 hour window between 8AM and 5PM. Guests are responsible for making sure they are present for LTL deliveries so they can inspect the package upon delivery. Guests will receive a phone call, with an estimated time of arrival, from the driver within one hour of delivery. Upon arrival, the driver will unload the items and place them inside the first floor doorway, garage or covered area of the Guest's choice. Unpacking, room placement, packaging removal and assembly are not included or offered.

Add weather-resistant black concealment wrapping to your order for $5. Standard shipping may reveal the retail packaging making this service ideal for the gift-giving season to both conceal and protect your purchase for the ultimate surprise on the big day! In the event of a return the black concealment wrapping is a non-refundable service.

Standard shipping entails your order being delivered to your curbside. This means that costs for inside delivery, redelivery after a missed appointment, change of address, storage fees or charges for customs clearance are not included.

An expedited delivery service provided by the U.S. Postal Service for mail that would otherwise mail first class or standard mail. No Saturday delivery charge.

A non-guaranteed service for packages weighing up to 13 oz. It's perfect for light merchandise.

Next day delivery between 8AM and 10AM depending on destination ZIP code. Saturday delivery available for an additional charge.

Next day delivery by 10:30AM to most U.S. addresses; afternoon delivery in remote areas. Saturday delivery available for an additional charge.

You can count on a next day delivery by 3PM to most addresses; 4:30PM to rural areas.

Packages are delivered to residences by 7PM in 2 business days. Saturday delivery available for an additional charge.

Packages are delivered to residences by 7PM in 3 business days. Not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Your choice for shipping packages for delivery within 1 to 5 business days in the 48 contiguous U.S. states (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days). Saturday delivery at no extra charge.
