For the greatest service, your online order will be processed as soon as possible. This processing time will be displayed in your cart to signify the time needed to ship your order. Once shipped, delivery timeframes will depend on your desired and selected method of delivery. Use our Order Tracker with your order number to check the status of your orders on Menards.com.

Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Processing time:
The timeframe necessary to process your order for shipment. The processing time is shown in the cart as the approximate shipping timeframe. (E.g. 'Ships in approximately 2 days')
Shipping time:
The timeframe your order will be in transit to you. The shipping time is dependent on the method of delivery you choose on your order.
Shipping methods:
Your available shipping methods may include standard shipping (3 � 10 business days), two-day express (2 to 3 business days) and overnight (1 business day) delivery on select item. Orders placed with overnight shipping will be shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed late in the day (after business hours) may be delayed and not shipped until the next morning.
Shipping Destination:
Your preferred shipping Destination is where you would like your order delivered to, such as a street address or a local Menards® store.
- Ship to Guest: Choose this option to have your order shipped directly to your desired address. We currently ship to US street addresses only. (No P.O. boxes).
- Ship to Store: Select products can be shipped to a Menards® store for free. Qualifying items will have a 'Pick Up at Store' option displayed under the Destination. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the item has arrived at the store and is ready for you to pick up.

Holiday Gift Card Shipping Times:
Your 100% satisfaction is our priority! We are posting a year-round calendar for your convenience when planning your Menards Gift Card holiday purchases. We have included the 'order placement deadline' for each holiday in the upcoming year.
Because we rely on the United States Postal Service to deliver many of our packages, there are certain times of the year when extra lead-time is needed to ensure prompt delivery of your Menards Gift Cards. We ship all weekday orders received by 12 Noon CST on the same day. Keep in mind that the post office is not perfect and mail can be delayed for a variety of reasons. Because of the sheer volume of mail that is sent during certain holidays, we recommend the following guidelines to help you get your gift delivered on time. We sincerely thank you for your purchase!
