Product Description 
Grade 30 3/16" Cold Shuts are made from bent steel construction and have a zinc plated finish. Cold shuts are closed by driving the open end through the eye and peening the end using a hammer. They are designed for the temporary repair of low carbon chain and the attachment of fittings. The maximum load of the cold shut is 450 pounds and must match the maximum load of the chain being repaired or joined.
